Written on : 1:59 PM Saturday, June 20, 2009 haha... what to post?? this dar hor.. keep ask me to post but i got nothing to post leh :X i wan post receipt liao :P hmm.. let see.. what i know to cook then i post la.. like this dar cannot say i play cheat ok :X     KONNYAKU JELLY RED MAN Konnyaku Powder 10 grams RED MAN Caster Sugar 210 grams Water 950 ml RED MAN Citric Acid or Malic Acid (of your own choice) 1/8 teaspoon RED MAN Konnyaku Flavours (of your own choice) 1/4 teaspoon RED MAN Konnyaku Colour (of your own choice) 1 drop Canned Fruit (this portion of ingredients makes 24 jellies) Method: Mix the Konnyaku Powder and Caster Sugar together. Mix well. Pour the Konnyaku Powder and Caster Sugar mixture into water gradually and stir till boiling. Turn off the flame and keep stirring for about 5 minutes, till the bubble dissipates and the Konnyaku Jelly solution becomes clear. Add Citric Acid or Malic Acid, Liquid Colouring and Flavour into the solution. put the pieces of fruits in the moulds, then pour the Konnyaku solution into the moulds for 3 times, every time pour 1/3 of the mould. Chill to set the moulded Jelly solution in the refrigerator for 3 hours before serve. For purchase of 250 gm packaging, the correct measurement is: 1 Tablespoon + 1/2 Teaspoon + 1/8 Teaspoon = 10 gm Written on : 11:36 AM Friday, June 19, 2009 ~Jelly Hearts~ The bottom layer is digestive biscuit, the middle layer is cheese cake and the top layer is jelly.. Yummy~ they taste so nice.. but is not cheap.. a box of 10 is selling at $9 and you can only order thru the phone and collect it yourself..       here the receipt maybe all of You can try to make it~ have fun ! Ingredients Base •200g digestive biscuits •80g butter Fillings •8oz cream cheese •¼ cup sugar •2 tsp gelatine •½ cup hot water •½ tsp vanilla essence •One punnet of strawberry (hulled and cut into halves) Topping •1 packet of Jello •300g water •2 tsp gelatine Method Processed biscuits till fine crumb in a food processor. Melt butter and mix well. Pressed the crumbs mixture into a pan and chilled till harden. Boil the water for the topping. Turn off heat and add jello and 2 tsp gelatine. Stir till everything dissolved. Set aside to cool. Melt sugar with hot water and then soak gelatine till soften. Cream the cheese till creamy. Add gelatine solution to it. Cream well. Pour cheese mixture into prepared pan and add strawberry. Arrange neatly. Set in the fridge. Pour the cooled jello onto cheese and let in the fridge till firm. Cut into small square pieces and serve cold.
